The full name of PSP is Polysaccharopeptide. Prepared from cultured mycelium of the proprietary strain of Coriolus versicolor
mushroom, it is made up of small proteins stably attached to polysaccharide â-D-glucan chains (long sugar chains). In
1984, a reputed mycologist, Professor Yang Qingyao, successfully identified the proprietary strain of Coriolus versicolor
among 80 different strains of this mushroom. By understanding PSP’s unique structure and using a special extraction
method, specific types of PSP molecules are isolated, which are responsible for its health efficacies. Our PSP is standardized
to a minimum of 38% polysaccharide and 11.5% peptide content to ensure immune health benefits. What is PSP Good for? PSP supports
